What's New?
  • 10/21/05 - The results from the second cross country meet, in Spokane, are available here. The women were quite dominant, with seven runners in the top 11 spots, securing the win and maintaining their #1 ranking in the CIS. The men also did well, earning a second place finish. Next race is the Stewart Cup in Edmonton on October 29th.
  • 10/05/05 - Practices have been happening for a while, and cross country has started, and even had their first competition. Results are at this link, not in the results section yet. Our women came away with the title, beating the likes of U of S, U of M, and U of A. I don't know if I'll have pictures, as we took a video camera and didn't use a conventional one. Next competition: October 15th in Spokane!
  • 10/05/05 - A lot happened over the summer, where many Dinos were busy with big competitions such as nationals and Canada Games. One of the biggest accomplishments was our own Jessica Zelinka, star heptathlete, who was national champion and finished 11th at the World Track and Field Championships in Helsinki. A former Dino, James Holder, won the national decathlon title. I'm sure I'm missing lots, but those are definite highlights!
  • 10/05/05 - A new job, computer, software, and so on, means there have been troubles updating this site recently. Things should be getting back to normal, sorry if you've been on the edge of your seat.
