Ashley (Ross) Zahavich is a former MSc student with Dr. Culos-Reed. Back in Halifax, Ashley’s exercise and yoga program is funded by Prostate Cancer Canada and making a difference in the quality of life of cancer survivors. Way to go Ashley!

For the first time, the Culos-Reed Health and Wellness Lab entered a team in the CIBC run for the cure. Team Thrive Centre raised $11 298.11 to support life-saving research and life-changing programs!
